Privacy policy

• Account details: your email address and sign-in information.
• Your answers and plans: questionnaire answers, Growth Maps, action plans, monthly check-ins, Market Expansion plans and checklists.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your subscription status and payment dates.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and device/browser type, used to keep the service working and improve it.

Before you sign up, your answers are stored only in your own browser.

• To build your Growth Map, action plan and monthly briefings.
• So your coach can review your progress and reply to your check-ins.
• To manage your subscription and send service messages.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

To write action plans and briefings, relevant answers and check-in notes are sent to an AI model provider. They are processed only to produce your result and are not used by us to train models.

Only you and your CMO1 coach. Our hosting, payment and AI providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms.

While your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing or complaining to a data protection authority.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and save your progress.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell subscribers by email or in the app.
